Welcome to PushArc. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service. PushArc lets you compose content once and publish it to social platforms and websites you connect, generate marketing content with AI assistance, and collaborate with your team. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's own rules. Your account. Keep your credentials secure. The first account in an organization is its owner and controls its team. You must be at least 18 to use PushArc. Acceptable use. Don't use PushArc to send spam, publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or evade platform policies. We may suspend accounts that do. Your content. You own what you create. You grant us only the license needed to store it, process it, and deliver it to the destinations you choose. AI-generated content. Drafts produced by the AI engine are suggestions; review them before publishing. You are responsible for what goes out under your name. Connected platforms. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that can change or revoke access outside our control. We deliver on a best-effort basis and surface failures in your dashboard. Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Termination.
